Before you book.
Is the lighting preview what you’ll actually install?
It’s a concept from Street View of your house — enough to see the idea and talk scale. The walk-through is where we confirm eaves, palms, HOA rules, and the finished design.
When should I book for this season?
September through mid-October is the sweet spot. Prime install windows fill first, especially waterfront and two-story homes. We install November through early December.
Do I need to buy the lights?
No. We design and install commercial-grade LED lighting and include it in the quote. We do not hang big-box strings — they fail in Gulf weather.
What does a typical home cost?
Every house is different. Modest single-story outlines usually start in the high hundreds; full palm, tree, and two-story work is quoted on-site. You get a written number before anything goes up.
Do you take the lights down and store them?
Yes. Takedown, labeling, and off-season storage are part of the service so next year is a one-call install.
What about storms and burned-out bulbs?
If a section fails, we come back. We use clips and commercial cord designed for Florida sun, salt, and rain.
Can you work with my HOA?
Yes. We stay inside typical color and timing rules and can provide insurance certificates for the property manager.
